Programmes

We create programmes for clients who want to provide entrepreneurial learning and development for their stakeholders or enhance their existing enterprise provision.

We also design and deliver programmes provided by third party organisations wanting to catalyse change, for example a local authority or Local Enterprise Partnership providing a development programme for schools, or a university providing additional learning for its Initial Teacher Training students.

We encourage collaboration and have designed programmes for a number of schools to work together on (and share the cost of) the development of practice and pedagogy.

We work with...

Local Authorities

Local Enterprise Partnerships

Academy Trusts and Teaching School Alliances

Universities

Examples of our work include…

  • Providing a professional learning and ‘Train the Trainer’ programme to primary schools within a local authority area.
  • Providing a small group coaching programme to a local authority to enhance secondary school careers and enterprise learning and teaching.
  • Providing a professional learning programme to a LEP which wanted to engage advanced schools by further developing entrepreneurial and careers learning through the curriculum.
  • Providing a long term professional learning programme for a group of schools in a multi-academy trust.
  • Providing a programme of professional learning for Initial Teacher Training students at a university to introduce them to enterprising and entrepreneurial pedagogy and integrate aspects of the course on their block placements.

“Students involved in Ready Unlimited’s ITT Ready course have a new perspective on learning and an additional string to their bow from the start of their teaching career. They feedback that it is a highlight of their year.”

Naomi Cooper, Primary and Early Years Education, Sheffield Hallam University.

“I’ve been appointed as Literacy Co-ordinator and I know my experiences developing high quality writing through enterprise helped with this. Inspire ITT made me a much more rounded teacher. I think outside the school bubble, I look at what’s going on outside and how I can link that to learning; it really opened my eyes.”

Amy Willoughby, ITT alumni, Sheffield.
